SportsBoard is incredibly excited to announce its newest partnership with Blue Star Sports.

Founded by Rob Wechsler and backed by Jerry Jones of the Dallas Cowboys, Providence Equity, and Bain Capital, Blue Star Sports has acquired eight sports technology companies that address a variety of processes across a wide variety of amateur sports. Blue Star Sports’ latest acquisition of CaptainU in December 2016 positions it uniquely to digitally connect registration and payment processing with the college recruiting process.

Now partnered with SportsBoard, Blue Star Sports can offer sports organizers the ability to track performance data for the entire life of a recruitable athlete (ages 8-18), identify performance and development trends over that time, and place appropriate performance data into an athlete’s CaptainU recruiting profile.

Through the partnership, Blue Star Sports will be offering our powerful assessment platform to:

  • Club, academy, camp and league customers Blue Star currently serves through Bonzi, Goalline, Primetime, SDI, League Lineup, Pointstreak, and Racewire.
  • College recruiting customers (college coaches; tournament, showcase and camp event operators) Blue Star currently serves through CaptainU.
